Reconnecting with yourself.
Who you really are.
Deciding who you need to become to design a life you love.
And then, it's becoming that version of you, one day at a time.
Today I'll show you how. Find a quiet, cozy spot, and let's dive in.
do a little dance—shake out that energy
Let's start today's session by first noticing any energy that might be stuck in the body.
So if you're sitting, stand up and I'm gonna ask you to close your eyes and just feel.
Noticing any areas of tension or holding you might have in the body — maybe in the jaw, the shoulders, the wrists, the ankles, maybe the stomach or the hips.
No need to try to change anything right now. Just notice what's coming up.
And now we're gonna shake out some of that energy before we move into the session.
So I'll just start by maybe some light movements. Go slow where it feels really slow. Don't want to jerk the body around. We just want to make space for the energy to move.
I'll maybe start by shaking out the arms, the wrists, the feet and ankles. We can jump. Just really let your body do whatever it wants to do. And maybe you'll do some twists — call it spaghetti arms — let your limp noodles just flap.
Slow it down slowly. And if I still feel a little in my shoulder, so maybe just a couple up and down — nothing super tight — just showing them, “Hey, I can move, I can move.”
And even maybe doing this — just move our collarbone a bit. This is great when you sit at a desk all day.
Do anything else you need and just stand, close eyes and feel. Noticing if there's been any shift, and if there hasn't, that's okay too.
Maybe noticing any energy, maybe it's gone to different parts of the body, maybe you feel more, maybe you feel less.
And now we're going to make our way to a seat.

let’s meet your unbounded self
All right. Have you found your seat?
I want you to really get comfortable for the next 10 minutes or so.
Settle in, closing your eyes, and start by finding the breath that's right for you. Not too fast. Not too slow. Just the right amount of air. Just the right tempo.
And you'll know when you've found the breath that's right for you because you might feel a sense of relief or release in the body. And if you don't notice anything, that's okay too.
And if you do find it, remind yourself:
not only am I capable, but I'm willing to give this to myself.
In your mind's eye, imagine you walk to your door, and when you open it, there's a path. You start to walk it, and it leads to a space that's made uniquely for you. It could be real or imagined, in nature or a cozy room.
Let it form around you with vivid detail.
Maybe you're in a sunny forest, the leaves swaying gently, or beside calm waters that sprinkle in the sun's rays, or in a room filled with everything you love.
Take time to fully arrive here.
What shapes and colors surround you? Notice how the light plays across surfaces. Feel the temperature on your skin. And notice the sounds you hear around you.
Perhaps there's a gentle breeze, water, or complete silence. Allow every detail to emerge, making this space completely yours.
As you settle deeper into your space, notice how your body responds to being here. Maybe your shoulders soften, your breath deepens, your mind quiets itself. Maybe you even feel a sense of peace or calm.
Whatever you notice, even if it's nothing, is exactly where you need to be.
And now, sensing your unbounded self approaching, there's a shift in the energy of your space, like sunlight breaking through clouds.
You might first notice a golden shimmer starting to glow and then her warm presence, a gentle radiance, or a feeling of profound peace.
As she begins to take form, observe her with wonder. Maybe she glows with an inner light, moves with grace, or emanates unshakable calm.
Her presence fills the space with quiet power.
Notice how she holds herself — the groundedness in her posture, the wisdom in her eyes, and the slight curve of her lips.
Being in her presence feels like coming home to your truest self. Like every cell in your body recognizing its own highest potential.
Now, stand facing each other. Imagine placing your hand on her heart and hers on yours. Feel the resonance between you growing stronger.
She's been waiting for you, where you can connect, learn, and recognize who you really are.
Allow yourself to open your mind to what she'd like to share with you. You may even notice expansion or a calm excitement to gather this wisdom.
She invites you to journey together into possibility, stretching out her hand.
As you take her hand, feel the energy flowing between you. There might be tingling, warming, or a sensation of light moving through your body.
And you begin to float upward, weightless yet completely safe, held in her presence, out of your space, into the night sky, into the stars.
And then you begin to float along the timeline of your life, making your way to three years from now.
You slowly descend, stepping into your future self's life.
Notice who you have become.
How do you carry yourself?
What energy do you radiate?
What fears have you released?
What stories no longer have power over you?
How do you show up in conversations now?
What magnetic presence do you embody?
What new abilities have you developed?
How do you trust yourself differently?
Now open yourself to what your unbounded self is trying to share with you. You may hear messages in the form of words, images, colors, or maybe just having a feeling. Knowing that whatever you experience is just as it needs to be.
This is your intuition. Allow your intuition to speak with you. And there are no fears here, because fear cannot exist when your unbounded self is present.
And so ask your unbounded self:
Who do I need to become to live my dream life?
What do I need to release?
What do I need to embrace?
And listen — your mind at ease — experiencing deep clarity as you see your path of becoming unfold in front of you.
Ask your unbounded self anything else that comes to mind about your adventure.
Now, the time has come to return. Your unbounded self gently takes your hand and you float up, up, up to the night sky and travel back to this moment, the present moment — back into your physical space.
When you return to your body, notice how your energy has shifted.
Your body holds the memory of your unbounded self — that calm strength, the magnetic presence, the radiant wholeness. It lives within you, always.
Now begin to notice the weight of your body, the rhythm of your breath, the space around you, the steady ground beneath you.
And when you're ready, gently open your eyes and return to your physical space, knowing that you can access your unbounded self whenever you need.
